Shew, today has been long. Today I woke up at 10am and went to my Aunt Kristi's. From there Nanny, Kristi, my uncle Chris and my cousin Bryce went to Wilkesboro to eat at Sagebrush. We pretty much just dicked around trying to look for things to do (Wilkesboro is such a dead town). We finally ended up at Hiddenite Gems Emerald Hollow Mine in Taylorsville, which was the original plan.



We mined for only about 20min until Kristi and my backs started hurting. How old does that make me sound? Overall I had a lot of fun though and Nanny really enjoyed herself.



What I ended up with you could pretty much just classify as "rocks," ha. I don't mind I left with this very beautiful rose necklace and a good long nap when we got home.



Tomorrow I am definitely calling into work, I need to start worrying about my next paycheck; but for now I'm getting off of here and waiting for Frank to get off from work. These nightly headaches are getting old.
