I'M GOING TO WRITE IN ALL CAPS SO YOU TAKE ME SERIOUS, AND THIS STORY AS WELL....ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WAS GIRL NAMED LAURENNEEDSMOREHOURS, LAURENNEEDSMOREHOURS WAS A SWEET LITTLE GIRL WITH NO HOURS. SHE CRYS AND CRYS FOR MORE BUT MELANIEGIVESLAURENNOHOURS CAN ONLY GIVE THEM TO HER OFFSPRINGS MANDYMANGOTANGO AND WAYNEWAFFLECONE. SHE GOES TO BILLYBLUEBERRYICECREAM AND HE QUICKLY SLICES HER HOPE IN HALF WITH A BILLYSAMPLESPOON. LAURENNEEDSMOREHOURS HAS NO WHERE TO GO ANYMORE BUT TO CIERACAKECONE.
HAVE A HEART WILL YOU?On a more serious note, I think I'm going to start looking for a better job, I need promised hours. I mean I do like TCBY, and most of the people there, but I didn't want a job to not work. Working 3 days in 3 weeks is pathetic and ridiculous, and being called and told not to come in just doesn't help anything. I only have 8 hours total this week, and they aren't even promised, I could be called anytime not to come in. It's not just the money either, just starting there I do not know how to make all of the orders, I look unprofessional and dumb when I have to ask all the time for help. I'm not given a list that tells me how to do things, I'm suppose to learn as I go (which that's cool), but how am I going to learn anything only working one day a week? I'm just fed up already, 'certain' people there work all the time, apparently they really only need 4 people running the whole business and fill all the hours. I just feel like someone who doesn't matter too much and just needs to be squeezed in to be a little 'satisfied'. Hopefully it'll get better, I'll talk to Melanie Wednesday when I work. I'll try not to be as blunt either, ugh. I just really care about getting out and doing things by myself, and for myself. I want something I can call a 'serious' job, and right now this is just a joke.I just feel like ranting really.
